Kevin started his career in 1973 after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. He returned to his roots in BC where he articled in Vancouver with a major law firm. Kevin soon opened his own practice in Port Coquitlam; over the years the firm grew to fourteen lawyers with offices in Coquitlam and Vancouver. Kevin practiced law for fourteen years with an emphasis in real estate matters. One of Kevin’s most memorable clients was the City of Port Coquitlam. Kevin’s passion for real estate outgrew his passion for law. He no longer wanted to be the behind the scenes person handling the legal end of the translation, he wanted to be the front-runner. With Kevin’s legal knowledge he has been able to build an outstanding career in real estate. Kevin is a past Director of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and currently serves as the Vice Chairman of Brokers Council. Whether you need help in residential, commercial, land development or foreclosure matters, Kevin’s unique background allows him to draw on his diverse experiences to provide the ultimate service to his clients. Cindy Day, Manager/Owner

Cindy started her career as a Realtor® in 1993; in her first year she was named rookie of the year, from day one her passion for real estate was evident. Cindy specialized in residential sales where she built a very successful career based on referrals. Cindy’s attention to detail, organization, and negotiation skills ranked her as an industry leader with a sterling reputation. In 2010, Cindy took over management of the Surrey office of a national real estate brokerage. As well as running a high volume production office of seventy agents, she also helped mold numerous new licensees into successful Realtors®. In July of 2015, Cindy and Kevin Anstey opened KA & Associates. Cindy manages the office. Our Realtors®, clients and other industry professionals value Cindy’s no nonsense approach, clarity of thought and attention to detail. Cindy sat on the 2016/2018 Hearing Panel of the Business Practices Committee of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.
